Teachers have an emergent curriculum and look for opportunities to teach something new, while not hindering a child's ability to discover the world and what interests him/her most!
Babies are held when they are fed and rocked to sleep gently, when needed. Teachers read, sing songs and play spontaneously, while ensuring daily needs are met properly. Communication between parent and teacher is key!
WCC has a scheduled daily curriculum to ensure the introduction of new and exciting ideas, activities, and developmental growth. They are learning the basics, but mainly having FUN and giving us precious moments!
Children are individuals and will reach milestones at different ages, so it is important not to compare them. If ever you want a teacher to try and work with your child on something, please make a note on his/her daily sheet and inform your teacher and/or Bethany. We also have communication boards in each classroom. We are an extension of your family! WCC will do all that we can to support your family's lifestyle and care-giving differences.
Our teachers use simple sign language as another form of communicating and understanding the needs of each child.
We encourage visits at any time from ALL family members. Please understand that you will be asked to show identification if a staff member does not recognize you. If you do have another child with you, please understand he/she must be watched very attentively by you to ensure the safety of the other children enrolled at WCC.

Registration: $70.00
Deposit: $200.00 *Reimbursed @6o days after your last day of care.
WEEKLY PAYMENTS ARE DUE MONDAY, LATE WEDNESDAY. Please add $30 late fee, plus $6 each additional day if payment is made after Tuesday.
